What you will do

• Build and curate a proprietary competitive truth dataset by ingesting call recordings, CRM notes, and field feedback.
• Orchestrate an AI-augmented monitoring layer to track competitor earnings, product releases, and market shifts in real time.
• Synthesize broad-market inputs into quarterly Market Foresight reports highlighting high-leverage industry shifts.
• Maintain a centralized library of validated battle cards and objection-handling guides for the sales team.
• Partner with Product Leadership to translate competitive patterns into actionable roadmap implications.
• Deliver recurring executive briefings that synthesize complex market dynamics into clear, decisive narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market/competitive intelligence, corporate strategy, or product marketing.
• Deep expertise in the Fintech, Open Banking, or SaaS sectors.
• Proven ability to leverage AI and LLMs to synthesize massive volumes of unstructured data.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to evidence-based, traceable insights.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate market shifts into GTM strategy.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 3 times a week.
