What you will do

• Define the product analytics strategy and identify high-leverage questions to influence the product roadmap and executive decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of product analysts as a player-coach, maintaining high standards for analytical rigor and hiring.
• Drive business growth outcomes, taking accountability for conversion, retention, and revenue per lead.
• Own the experimentation strategy, including design, guardrails, and the interpretation of cross-experiment patterns.
• Oversee the quality of AI-generated analyses, validating and sharpening system output through human judgment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing product analysts with a track record of talent development.
• Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis.
• Proficiency in the modern analytics stack: Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, and Mode.
• Robust SQL foundations for data reasoning and validation of AI outputs.
• Must be based in the United States
