Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (base) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Lead the solution design and execution of implementation projects for the largest new clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects from start to finish.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve current implementation processes and standard methodologies.
• Maintain proactive, consultative, and professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Proven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex technical and business problems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
