What you will do

• Review account activity and investigate payment approval requests using AI-assisted analysis.
• Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns while implementing necessary regulatory requirements.
• Suggest and document process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams to balance compliance with user experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational, compliance, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with and willingness to use AI tools and LLMs to augment productivity.
• Must be based in the Americas (Canada or US).
