Vice President, Enterprise Partner Sales (Fintech): Leading a high-performing sales team to drive enterprise growth within the hirify.global Network of HRO partners with an accent on consultative solution selling and strategic account management. Focus on scaling partner relationships, achieving ARR objectives, and executing enterprise-level sales strategies to win multi-year contracts.

Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Role is remote with up to 50% domestic travel required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive ARR growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Account Executives to win six- and seven-figure multi-year contracts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to nurture target accounts and convert them into high-value sales opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting and data analytics.
  • Partner with the hirify.global Network team to foster strong relationships with HRO firms and accounting partners.
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, business strategy, or technology innovation.
  • 15+ years of direct professional experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in business process optimization and managing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent executive leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
