What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective financial institutions through multi-channel outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and digital banking priorities.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to schedule demos and advance qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Provide structured market feedback to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve positioning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development Manager or Account Executive roles.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Strong communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
