What you will do
- Own the digital events program, including webinars and LinkedIn Lives, to maximize reach and business impact.
- Serve as the primary producer for live events, managing the tech stack, run-of-show, and day-of logistics.
- Optimize and maintain the core tech stack including GoTo Webcast, Wistia, HubSpot, Asana, and Claude.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and subject matter experts to develop compelling narratives and polished presentations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline influence, revenue) to optimize event strategy.
- Manage and mentor a direct report, providing coaching and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience producing and managing B2B webinars and digital events at scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with webinar and video platforms (e.g., GoTo Webcast, Wistia).
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and AI tools (e.g., Claude) in a professional workflow.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in HCM, HR tech, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proficiency in producing LinkedIn Live or other social streaming formats.
- Skills in video editing and post-production for repurposing event content.
- Background working within a content team or managing an editorial calendar.
