Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR, Talent, or People role.
• AI-native mindset with a proven ability to embed AI into daily professional workflows.
• Technical affinity and experience turning outdated processes into automated solutions.
• Builder’s mindset with the ability to move from problem to solution without a predefined playbook.
• Strong professional depth in at least one HR/Talent domain.
