What you will do
- Provide technical support to the sales team with high attention to detail.
- Present reports demonstrating the cost-benefit analysis of products to potential customers.
- Execute technical and business-level proof-of-concepts to showcase product value.
- Conduct technical training for clients and communicate feedback for future product development.
- Prepare and provide input into technical RFPs and RFQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product knowledge and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
- Strong background in MSP environments or supporting MSPs.
- Expertise in business management applications, including PSA, ticketing, and sales operations.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and CPQ software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
Nice to have
- Consultant experience.
- Experience in relevant channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, or Internal IT.
