What you will do

  • Champion safety-first culture by conducting audits and safety tasks on and off customer sites.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including report preparation and quotation management.
  • Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment by liaising with freight teams and monitoring deliveries.
  • Act as the regional Salesforce Super User, ensuring data quality and pipeline accuracy.
  • Manage pricing administration and assist in the preparation of business review meetings.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Right to work in Australia is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and ERP environments.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, safety-focused mindset aligned with company values.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
