TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX) — working 3–4 days per week in the office and 1–2 days remotely.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives within all asset classes and sectors of targeted markets.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth research to source and confirm participant sponsors.
  • Collaborate with event production to build sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
  • Manage and own strategic sales cycles while meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM and work cross-functionally to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Attend and emcee all market events, acting as a local expert and platform advisor for partners.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of direct B2B outside sales experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate, Advertising, or Sponsorship Sales.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Houston office (Hybrid: 3-4 days/week).
  • Proven track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a "never give up" attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset with the ability to handle frequent rejection.
  • Experience excelling in team environments and openness to constructive criticism.
