Location: Toronto, hybrid

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 CAD annually, based on experience, expertise, and organizational impact.

What you will do

• Manage client accounts and integrated marketing projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, developers, producers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, contracts, resources, proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities.
• Lead account planning, process improvements, change management, and delivery consistency.
• Mentor team members and support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.

Requirements

• Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong account, project, budget, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness with business development and client growth experience.
• Knowledge of digital production and creative workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools, plus strong organisation and attention to detail.
