What you will do

• Act as a technical architect bridging hirify.global engineering and client IT/DevOps teams to provide creative solutions.
• Lead the planning, installation, and integration of solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
• Deliver hands-on professional services including product customization, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Define technical requirements, develop roadmaps, and improve system architecture in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish strategic relationships with customers to increase product adoption and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve client issues and refine product offerings based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work model.
• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments (using APIs, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Proven background as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell.
• Experience in database management (SQL) and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
