Pre-Sales Specialist/Solutions Architect (Document Workflow)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 / year

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and services teams to gather requirements for direct and partner sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations via online tools or onsite presentations to articulate solution value.
• Perform proof-of-concepts and define implementation guidelines in coordination with the services team.
• Document customer enhancement requests and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Execute onsite or offsite services work and provide product training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Software or Content Management.
• Deep knowledge of industry print streams including AFP, Xerox, PDF, Postscript, and PCL.
• Experience with ECM Archive solutions such as CMOD, Filenet, Mobius, or EOS.
• Must be based in the US
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Nice to have

• Scripting proficiency in Python, REXX, or VB.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Programming experience in Java, .NET, or C++.
