Senior Solutions Architect (AI/GenAI): Designing and implementing complex, scalable cloud-based architectures to integrate emerging AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning capabilities into financial products with an accent on MLOps and secure system design. Focus on building RAG patterns, optimizing model inference, and transitioning legacy workloads to cloud-native microservices.

Salary: $138,000 - $200,100

What you will do

• Lead discovery with business partners to define target-state designs, integration patterns, and system context diagrams.
• Modernize applications into cloud-native architectures using microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns.
• Design AI/ML solutions including GenAI patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt management, and evaluation approaches.
• Establish MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Integrate security-by-design practices, including identity controls, encryption, and secrets management.
• Collaborate with governance and risk stakeholders to ensure responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in agile software delivery with increasing architecture and design responsibility.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems using microservices or serverless patterns.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or Scala.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and both SQL and NoSQL data persistence.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM solutions, embeddings, and production monitoring.
• Experience with AI platforms like AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with vector databases and enterprise observability tools.
• Strong data modeling concepts and PL/SQL development experience.
