Salary: $280,000 - $340,000

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Solutions Architects supporting Scale and Enterprise accounts.
• Establish performance expectations, coaching rhythms, and career development paths for direct reports.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to build and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Drive consistent execution of technical discovery and proof-of-value engagements to identify right use cases.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point on complex, high-value technical engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to surface customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering, with 2+ years managing technical pre-sales teams.
• Proven success in open-source, developer-tools, or infrastructure-software companies.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern deployment tooling (CI/CD, containers).
• Must be based in the United States.
