What you will do

• Lead strategic engagements with C-level executives (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to drive high-impact retail and CPG initiatives.
• Translate retail challenges into end-to-end architectures for demand sensing, inventory optimization, and customer intelligence.
• Design agentic and AI-powered business workflows, moving customers toward copilots and decision-support experiences.
• Build and demonstrate prototypes using hirify.global Cortex, Streamlit, and hirify.global Intelligence.
• Create reusable field assets including reference architectures, blueprints, and industry playbooks.
• Surface industry trends and design gaps to influence the hirify.global product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing technology for Retail & Consumer Goods organizations.
• Deep expertise in designing enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML architectures.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python for building prototypes.
• Fluency in modern AI patterns including LLMs, RAG, agentic orchestration, and multimodal data.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
