What you will do

• Define global frameworks for audience growth, reach, and content discoverability.
• Analyze performance to identify scalable opportunities and translate data into strategic direction.
• Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps.
• Guide and support regional teams to improve performance across markets.
• Define content positioning and distribution strategies per platform.
• Align with Creative and Marketing teams to connect content with business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategy.
• Experience guiding teams and setting direction.
• Proven track record driving audience growth through organic channels.
• Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• English: C1+ required
