What you will do
- Manage and expand business opportunities within the Bundeswehr and NATO maritime context.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic campaigns to grow the company's footprint.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Navy stakeholders and coordinate internal resources.
- Lead account reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer presentations.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, economics, political science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within defense, aerospace, or technology.
- German and English proficiency at C1/C2 level is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with German Navy structures, capability planning, and procurement processes.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
