What you will do

  • Lead and inspire high-performing account teams to drive customer business outcomes and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and government decision-makers to position technology solutions.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth across the regional portfolio.
  • Establish unified engagement strategies and account plans to ensure consistent execution against goals.
  • Coach teams on anticipating customer needs, strengthening satisfaction, and creating long-term business value.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and services teams to orchestrate resources and deliver seamless account management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales or account management teams in the technology industry.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles at the executive level.
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, software, or managed services environments.
  • Strong commercial and operational mindset with expertise in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach teams and influence internal and external decision-makers.
