What you will do

- Establish unified engagement strategies and account plans to ensure consistent execution against goals.
- Coach teams on anticipating customer needs, strengthening satisfaction, and creating long-term business value.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and services teams to orchestrate resources and deliver seamless account management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales or account management teams in the technology industry.
