What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers and build a robust pipeline.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Deliver customized product demos and presentations tailored to specific business needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
  • Manage sales activities and accurately forecast opportunities using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing complex deals in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated success selling to large enterprises (>1k employees) and senior-level executives.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, for forecasting and tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be based in Switzerland

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure software.
