What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage partnerships to expand market reach and close complex deals.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect qualification to deal closure.
  • Maintain ongoing account relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record in new business sales within software or solution-based organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required for field-based sales activities.
  • Strong focus on territory planning and strategic account management.
