What you will do

  • Provide account leadership and direction throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within large strategic accounts.
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of hirify.global products through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to generate qualified leads and expand market presence.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to develop formal sales proposals and address complex business needs.
  • Communicate customer feedback and product requirements to internal product and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in South Africa.
  • Proven experience selling into large organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects.
  • Experience with Git, Software Development Tools, or Application Lifecycle Management is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed in accordance with company policy.
