Solutions Specialist – Software (Ascend Platform)

What you will do

• Identify and acquire new logo clients through proactive pipeline generation and lead management.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles to exceed revenue and annual contract value (ACV) targets.
• Conduct consultative solution selling to align the Ascend platform with client business needs.
• Strategize and execute the transition of clients from on-premise systems to cloud-based platforms.
• Manage relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across IT, Data, and Risk functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a "hunter" in software or SaaS enterprise sales.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and SaaS models.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for executive-level engagement.
