What you will do

• Develop and execute portfolio profitability and growth strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze product performance, pricing opportunities, and market trends to inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and operations teams to build and maintain product roadmaps.
• Prioritize product enhancements and market opportunities based on financial impact and customer needs.
• Support the launch of new insurance products and state-specific initiatives.
• Translate complex regulatory and product changes into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in pricing, underwriting, or product management.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with actuarial and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in pet insurance, veterinary services, or animal health.
• Leadership or team management experience.
