What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the credit card, including rewards, features, and digital experience.
• Define value propositions to increase card acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with credit, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to ship products.
• Analyze cardholder data to drive evidence-based product decisions.
• Integrate AI to personalize the product experience and analyze behavior in real time.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience as a PM for a named credit card product.
• Deep understanding of card economics, including interchange, rewards cost, credit loss, and LTV.
• Track record of shipping features that moved real business metrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with credit, compliance, and legal departments.
• Fintech background is strongly preferred.
