What you will do

• Collaborate with the VP of Product to define, monitor, and deliver the product roadmap and strategy.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle from discovery and framing to execution and completion.
• Work across business and technical functions to ensure teams deliver high-value outcomes.
• Analyze client data and metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Manage communication and negotiations with clients regarding roadmap delivery and changes.
• Identify and implement improvements across the product journey to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
• Proven track record of delivering business value in fast-paced, technological environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Technical fluency to contribute effectively to discussions with engineering teams.
• Sound judgment regarding feasibility, performance trade-offs, and product choices.
• Experience working with remote development teams is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Background in InsurTech or the insurance industry.
• Previous experience in a scale-up environment.
• Strong preference for agile methodologies and full-lifecycle product involvement.
