What you will do

• Define and lead multi-quarter product strategy for core platform systems within the home lending supply ecosystem.
• Own roadmap prioritization and investment decisions across pricing, data, and advertiser workflow systems.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Translate complex system constraints into clear product direction and actionable execution plans.
• Drive modernization efforts for legacy pricing and marketplace infrastructure.
• Build alignment across stakeholders to ensure coherence across multiple roadmap streams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, fintech, or marketplace environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing systems, mortgage lending, or home finance ecosystems.
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue or Mortech.
• Proven ability to modernize complex legacy systems and drive platform scalability.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
