Location: Remote, but must be based within 1 hour of London
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead customer lifecycle, retention, and advocacy strategies across international markets.
- Develop scalable programs that improve product adoption, engagement, and expansion revenue.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership teams in Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Drive community-building initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and relationships.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing customer marketing team focused on measurable commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading customer or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Strong commercial understanding of retention, growth, and expansion metrics.
- Experience building customer engagement programs at scale.
- Confident stakeholder management skills across senior leadership teams.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Must be located within 1 hour of London.
