Location: Remote, but must be based within 1 hour of London

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + Bonus

What you will do

  • Lead customer lifecycle, retention, and advocacy strategies across international markets.
  • Develop scalable programs that improve product adoption, engagement, and expansion revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership teams in Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Drive community-building initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and relationships.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing customer marketing team focused on measurable commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading customer or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong commercial understanding of retention, growth, and expansion metrics.
  • Experience building customer engagement programs at scale.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills across senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Must be located within 1 hour of London.
