What you will do

• Architect and launch the foundational Channel Marketing program, defining core processes and scalable playbooks.
• Develop tiered marketing strategies tailored to benefits brokers and platform integration channels.
• Create and scale a comprehensive library of partner-facing marketing assets.
• Lead the development of joint value propositions and manage co-marketing budgets for strategic partners.
• Own the execution of large-scale channel partner events, including summit sponsorships and conferences.
• Analyze channel performance metrics to optimize ROI and report on marketing investments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in B2B Marketing.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience in Channel or Partner Marketing.
• Proven track record of establishing marketing programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of the Health Benefits, HR Technology, or Payroll/HRIS ecosystem.
• Must be based in one of the supported US states.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
