What you will do

• Prepare and manage standard HR documentation, including employment letters, extensions, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding execution, including documentation and system access for Day 1 readiness.
• Track attendance, leave, and timesheets, providing necessary payroll-related reporting.
• Manage benefits administration, including insurance enrollment and claims coordination.
• Execute offboarding processes, including asset return tracking and system access removal.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and spreadsheet workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
