Salary: $450,000 - $490,000

What you will do
- Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
- Drive revenue growth and hold ultimate responsibility for the region's success, reputation, and culture.
- Coach existing representatives and attract new high-performing talent.
- Collaborate with GTM, G&A, and R&D leadership to align regional success with North American and company goals.
- Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure and support managerial needs.
- Oversee the hiring, retention, and development of talent from leaders to account executives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership experience.
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas within a fast-paced, technical client acquisition business.
- Experience leading product-led sales teams and working with complex technical products.
- Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
- Growth mindset with a data-backed approach to solving challenges.
- Must be based in the United States.
