What you will do

  • Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
  • Drive revenue growth and hold ultimate responsibility for the region's success, reputation, and culture.
  • Coach existing representatives and attract new high-performing talent.
  • Collaborate with GTM, G&A, and R&D leadership to align regional success with North American and company goals.
  • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure and support managerial needs.
  • Oversee the hiring, retention, and development of talent from leaders to account executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership experience.
  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas within a fast-paced, technical client acquisition business.
  • Experience leading product-led sales teams and working with complex technical products.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
  • Growth mindset with a data-backed approach to solving challenges.
  • Must be based in the United States.
