What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers while remaining hands-on in strategic enterprise deals.
• Own the full pre-sales technical experience across North America, guiding prospects through evaluation, architecture design, and PoCs.
• Develop scalable pre-sales playbooks, demo standards, and technical assets to optimize the AE-to-SE model.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Customer Success to align technical value with customer operational goals.
• Act as a strategic voice between Sales and Product to influence the product roadmap based on regional feedback.
• Represent the company at regional industry events and customer forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
• Experience leading and developing Solutions Engineers in complex enterprise or public sector sales cycles.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, Linux, macOS, and networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript.
• Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid) and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

• Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture.
