What you will do
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities across retail chains, hospitality groups, and public venues.
- Build and deliver commercial proposals and navigate decision-making structures to close deals.
- Manage and grow a client portfolio, focusing on upsell opportunities and long-term retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of for Professionals from needs assessment to full activation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor day-to-day service performance and provide structured reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within SaaS and retail solutions.
- Hands-on experience coordinating service deployment for enterprise clients.
- Highly organized and process-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts and internal workflows.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a startup spirit.
- Fluency in both French and English.
