Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth from existing accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Identify key markets and monitor emerging trends, regulations, and pricing factors within the energy commodities sector.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client feedback informs the product roadmap.
  • Align with senior management to execute global sales strategies and regional plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of client engagements and accurate pipeline forecasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or DaaS within Energy, Commodities, Maritime, or Financial Services.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques and the ability to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be based in Houston, New York, or the surrounding area.
  • Fluency in English.
