What you will do

• Reconcile agency commission statements and funding payables.
• Analyze and resolve customer account balances and discrepancies.
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly carrier transaction reports.
• Issue customer refunds and verify the accuracy of return premium checks.
• Perform small balance write-offs as necessary.
• Provide operational support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, or consumer loan industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
