TL;DR

Key Account Manager (QSR): Managing and growing a portfolio of Foodservice/QSR accounts across France with an accent on driving new business and delivering sustainable growth. Focus on building long-term partnerships, negotiating agreements, and acting as the central connection point between customers and internal operations.

Location: Must be based in France, ideally near a city with good transport links to Paris.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of local and national Foodservice/QSR customers.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Develop retro-plans and milestones to secure and grow account business.
  • Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts and lead the 3-year regional sales plan.
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements while maintaining internal policy compliance.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by acting as the internal voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Foodservice sector.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Strong digital proficiency with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI, ERP systems).
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Structured approach to business development with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage confidently with all levels of stakeholders, from operators to CEOs.
