What you will do

  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales interactions with clients for Trading Products services.
  • Oversee the onboarding process of new clients onto hirify.global platforms.
  • Engage with clients via meetings, events, and forums to understand future requirements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support sales efforts through strong relationship building.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to service levels and client communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and report significant developments.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, business development, or sales support.
  • Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle and exposure to developing new products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic awareness, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Rigorous project management skills and the ability to drive projects autonomously.
  • English: CV must be submitted in English.
