TL;DR

Partner Sales Senior Manager (Wellness): Identifying and signing key wellness partners in France to build the regional network with an accent on high-level commercial negotiations and strategic pipeline management. Focus on executing the "Wishlist" strategy, managing C-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless partner integration.

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France). Minimum 2 days per week in the Paris office.

What you will do

  • Identify and sign strategic "Wishlist" fitness and wellness partners across France.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals involving Legal and Finance teams.
  • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline to meet network density targets for the market launch.
  • Adapt global strategy to the French market to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate on technical integration topics such as APIs and access control for a strong user experience.
  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach to signed agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development.
  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
  • Proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel for pipeline management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in an undefined market environment.
