TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France). Minimum 2 days per week in the Paris office.

What you will do
- Identify and sign strategic "Wishlist" fitness and wellness partners across France.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals involving Legal and Finance teams.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline to meet network density targets for the market launch.
- Adapt global strategy to the French market to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate on technical integration topics such as APIs and access control for a strong user experience.
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach to signed agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development.
- Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
- Proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel for pipeline management.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in an undefined market environment.
