Location: Hybrid (3 days a week), based in Paris, France

What you will do
- Manage and strategically develop a portfolio of Pure Player eCommerce accounts.
- Prospect and open new Pure Player accounts to expand the company's online footprint.
- Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, and co-marketing plans for long-term growth.
- Drive digital excellence through SEO, content quality, onsite merchandising, and search optimization.
- Analyze weekly performance (sell-in, sell-out, P&L, stock) to propose data-driven action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to secure resources for growth.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or Business Development.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be based in Paris to support a hybrid work model.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actions.
- Knowledge of eRetail fundamentals, including SEO/SEM and digital merchandising.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
