What you will do
- Implement and manage AI tools to run structured audits of operational setups and data quality across brands.
- Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for quality assurance, documentation, and governance tasks.
- Maintain operational consistency and conduct regular governance checks on CRM workflows and automation logic.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across GA4, UTM structures, and internal platforms.
- Act as a liaison between central MarTech/Data teams and local brand stakeholders.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs using AI to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar technical marketing role.
- Proven proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as a core part of analysis and process design.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Bloomreach).
- Conceptual understanding of GA4, GTM, and UTM tracking structures.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience enabling or training others on AI tools and workflows.
- Server-side tagging experience (SGTM, Facebook CAPI).
- Experience with Looker Studio, BI dashboards, or Consent management tools.
- Knowledge of Google Ads conversion setup and attribution configuration.
- Proficiency in additional CEE languages.
