TL;DR

Marketing Operations & AI Specialist (MarTech): Scaling and standardizing martech solutions across multiple markets with an accent on AI-driven audits, governance, and data quality. Focus on developing repeatable AI-assisted workflows, raising AI literacy within the team, and resolving cross-platform data discrepancies.

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Bratislava, Slovakia; Skanderborg, Denmark; Sofia, Bulgaria)

What you will do

  • Implement and manage AI tools to run structured audits of operational setups and data quality across brands.
  • Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for quality assurance, documentation, and governance tasks.
  • Maintain operational consistency and conduct regular governance checks on CRM workflows and automation logic.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across GA4, UTM structures, and internal platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between central MarTech/Data teams and local brand stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs using AI to ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar technical marketing role.
  • Proven proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as a core part of analysis and process design.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Bloomreach).
  • Conceptual understanding of GA4, GTM, and UTM tracking structures.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling or training others on AI tools and workflows.
  • Server-side tagging experience (SGTM, Facebook CAPI).
  • Experience with Looker Studio, BI dashboards, or Consent management tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads conversion setup and attribution configuration.
  • Proficiency in additional CEE languages.
