What you will do
- Build and lead a centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products.
- Define and own the overall UA strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of cross-platform UA Managers.
- Oversee large-scale budget management to ensure efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
- Partner with data science to refine advanced analytics and attribution models.
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing UA at scale.
- Proven track record with subscription-based D2C products and managing multi-million dollar monthly budgets.
- Deep platform knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Strong quantitative skills with fluency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
- Experience building and scaling teams under a centralized structure.
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET.
