Director, B2B Consulting & Strategy (B2B Marketing): Leading a team of senior consultants to deliver performance marketing strategies for large-scale B2B clients with an accent on demand generation, RevOps, and CRO. Focus on translating deep data analysis into strategic recommendations and owning the commercial performance of the B2B department.

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia. International relocation support can be agreed on if needed.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 senior B2B marketing consultants specializing in strategy, CRO, BI, and AI.
• Build tailored marketing solutions for mature B2B businesses across SaaS, services, and ecommerce.
• Translate complex data analysis into strategic recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the department and drive commercial performance and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the B2B Managing Director to align department priorities with company-wide direction.

Requirements

• English: Minimum C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Proven success working with B2B clients in marketing strategy, paid acquisition, CRO, and demand generation.
• Experience leading and managing teams of senior marketing professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data storytelling to drive executive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial approach to owning business unit outcomes and departmental growth.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with AI productivity platforms.
