What you will do

• Run and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, to achieve CPA and ROAS targets.
• Conduct tests on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and audiences to identify scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad formats and provide structured performance feedback.
• Analyze campaign metrics with the data team to implement actionable optimizations.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure aligned and effective user acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or User Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major platform: Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make optimization decisions.
• Solid understanding of unit economics and key marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
