What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans for Nordics and Benelux to meet revenue targets.
• Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts using ABM and digital strategies.
• Organize high-impact programs including executive roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partnerships to accelerate deal velocity and pipeline impact.
• Co-create joint campaigns with cloud and technology partners to expand regional reach.
• Analyze ROI metrics and performance insights to optimize regional programs and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation within B2B technology (security, cloud, or developer tools preferred).
• Proven track record of executing regional programs in Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Denmark, Netherlands, or Sweden.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region.
• Knowledge of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is highly desirable.
