What you will do

• Optimize ERP modules including DRP, MRP, procurement, and inventory management to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze, plan, and implement technical solutions to fulfill business requirements in a hybrid support and project role.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
• Provide professional application support, perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, and implement preventive solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application systems, integrations, and hosting infrastructure.
• Execute functional, technical, and performance testing to validate the stability of custom and vendor application systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in application support and system analysis.
• Extensive professional experience with Sage X3 ERP.
• Strong understanding of IT operational process and control frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Experience working with enterprise-level ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience operating within robust IT General Control frameworks in a publicly traded organization.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience configuring Sage X3 objects and managing master data.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulatory compliance and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and gathering evidence of IT controls for auditors.
• Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Experience supporting multi-site global organizations with multi-legislation requirements.
