TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (SaaS): Building and scaling the partnerships function from the ground up with an accent on commercial strategy, integration partnerships, and revenue growth. Focus on identifying high-value opportunities, driving ARR targets, and collaborating with Product and Revenue teams to launch successful commercial agreements.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Build and scale the partnerships function from the ground up.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential partnership opportunities across HRIS, EOR, MSP, and ITAM ecosystems.
  • Own the full lifecycle of partner acquisition, from first contact to signed commercial agreement.
  • Develop business cases for integrations, co-sell agreements, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on integration priorities and feasibility.
  • Track partnership pipeline performance and ARR contribution against targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building a partnerships or channel function from scratch in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience structuring and closing integration partnerships, including API-based commercial models.
  • Demonstrated accountability for partnership pipeline targets or ARR goals.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and communicate clear business cases.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope and launch integrations.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and maintain momentum.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HRTech, IT procurement, or device management ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with co-sell motions, reseller partnerships, and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Experience scaling a partnerships team after initial commercial traction.
