What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful onboarding and drive massive adoption of health partner services among employees and admins.
• Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify dissatisfaction signals and implement effective solutions to maintain account health.
• Renegotiate contracts to ensure value for money and sustainable profitability.
• Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with product teams to influence service evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role with frequent C-level interactions.
• Proven experience in the public sector and dealing with large organizations or unions.
• Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication).
• Advanced level in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present deep data insights.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
