What you will do

• Own a specific accounts domain such as KYC, identity verification, or account structures from discovery to rollout.
• Define API contracts and write detailed PRDs to deliver scalable, production-grade financial infrastructure.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure product decisions meet strict regulatory standards.
• Conduct partner discovery to translate integration constraints into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
• Improve onboarding, documentation, and SDK usability to reduce friction for developers and partners.
• Analyze key metrics like API adoption and verification success rates to drive product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting within fintech or brokerage.
• Proven ownership of accounts or identity-related products like KYC/AML workflows.
• Experience building and shipping B2B API or SDK products for developer audiences.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and BI platforms for decision-making.
• Must be based in Canada for this remote role.
