What you will do

• Own brokerage accounts sub-surfaces end-to-end, specifically KYC, identity verification, account types, or IRA cross-work.
• Conduct discovery with partners to translate integration constraints into a sequenced product backlog.
• Ship API-driven account capabilities, writing clear PRDs and aligning with engineering on API contracts.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on decisions regarding licensing, AML, and account-model design.
• Optimize operational efficiency by improving exception handling and automating partner-facing tooling.
• Track and iterate on adoption metrics such as onboarding funnel health and verification pass rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting, preferably in fintech or identity infrastructure.
• Proven experience shipping B2B and developer-facing products, including APIs and SDKs.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment in parallel with compliance and legal teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and relevant BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Must be based in North America (EST).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with institutional brokerage or broker-dealers (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, IBKR).
• Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks including FINRA KYC/AML, FATCA, and OFAC.
• Experience with US retirement accounts (IRA ecosystem) or non-US tax-advantaged account types.
• AI-native PM workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or custom agents.
